Calling all Pilates instructors! Whether you've been teaching for 10 years or you're still finishing up your training, a 1:1 mentor session is a great way to talk through any of your needs. We can discuss:
• Specific class types (flow, cardio, stretch class, etc.)
• Any specific level requirements or guidelines that need to be followed
• Basic class planning vs. creative class planning
• Seamlessly flowing from one movement into the next
• Spring tensions and how they will effect different exercises
• Incorporating props and other pieces of equipment
• How to teach a class across multiple levels

We could plan a full class together or just talk through any questions you might have. This session is completely tailored to your needs.
